Veneered Beams
Astrata slats are veneered beams for decorative interior purposes. The wooden beams give the interior a dynamic without being overly overwhelming. “Astrata slats” are always made to order and can be obtained in the most diverse types of wood, starting from 150 equal pieces.
The three-sided beams still have to be mounted on an underlying structure. This can be done in various ways such as gluing, nailing, wood dowels, or with a groove and connecting lath. Drillings or a groove can be provided as an option. The four-sided beams are veneered all around and can therefore be used as a separate element. A series of beams can thus form a semi-transparent partition to divide a space.

Easy Surface Mounting with Astrata Slats

The “Astrata slats” are supplied with a sanded real wood veneered surface. This allows you to finish them immediately to your own liking using oil, stain or lacquer to make them fit perfectly into the project, along with the rest of the furniture.
Treated
PREFINISHED (stain + lacquer) Prefinished slats, ready-to-use, which do not need any more after-treatment.
That saves you even more time during installation.

Contents of a box
A panel is 80x40x1.4 cm and is equipped with a tongue (top) and groove (bottom). The panels are packed per 3 pieces in a box. This means that there is 1 m² in each box and you can easily determine the number of boxes to be ordered (net 0.96 m² per box).
Installation
Astrata panels are very easy to install and are therefore accessible to everyone. The panels can be used in a new construction application as well as in a renovation to cover a wall or space. Because Astrata panels fit together invisibly you do not see an optical interruption between the panels, but the surface forms one continuous whole.
The installation instructions show step by step how the panels should be placed. This can be done on a wooden wall or a wall in brick or concrete by first providing a wooden framework. No special tools are required for the installation of Astrata.
“Astrata planks” are oak veneered and pre-profiled boards for decorative wall coverings. This paneling, which is easy to assemble, has a unique tongue and groove connection where the boards can be nailed invisibly. In addition, a recess is provided for fixing the boards using a simple metal clip. This makes the installation easy and fast.
“Astrata planks” are therefore the perfect solution to easily integrate wood into any interior. The planks are available in 3 different widths and 2 lengths that can be mutually combined.
Invisible installation
The unique fastlock concealed profile for blind nailing allows you to invisibly fix the planks to an underlying structure. The boards can be put together from both the left and the right side. Also on the short side there is a profiling through which the planks can be mounted randomly.

Can be combined with the Querkus Oak Natural look.
