UltraStock® Premium MDF combines super-refined fiber resources and 100% NAF resin to produce virtually defect-free panels with the machinability and finishing characteristics needed for high-volume performance.
- Cuts and routes cleanly.
- Manufactured with 100% NAF resin.
- Decorative edge profiles and intricate contours deep in the core are easily produced.
- Can be painted, printed, stained, veneered or laminated with excellent results.
- Machined edges are smooth and perform equally well for wet or dry film edge finishing.

UltraStock® MR MDF
Engineered to resist elevated moisture and humidity, UltraStock® MR meets the thickness swell and bond integrity criteria required for the MR 50 designation.
- Provides the same physical characteristics and workability as our premium panels.
- Manufactured with 100% NAF resin.
- Meets reduced thickness swell criteria of 5.5% or less.
- Meets bond integrity criteria of 50% of original MOR after accelerated aging.
Georgia Pacific MDF Applications
- Sink bases, dishwasher enclosures, wet-area residential applications
- May be used on interior window and door trim, baseboards and laminate flooring that may become wet from mopping, condensation or even foot traffic.
- Laboratories, locker rooms, laundry areas, cafeterias of schools, industrial facilities and other public buildings where wetness or high humidity are a factor.
